Our return policy spans 30 days from the date of item receipt, granting you the window to request a return.
For eligibility, your item must remain in its original condition, with tags intact, and in its original packaging, unworn or unused. Additionally, please provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, reach out to us at info@waterglory.com. Upon acceptance of your return request, we’ll furnish you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions regarding the return process. Note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

For Damages and Issues:
Kindly inspect your order upon delivery. Should you detect any defects, damages, or discrepancies, please notify us promptly for resolution.
Exceptions/Non-returnable Items:
Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Should you have concerns about your specific item, do not hesitate to get in touch.
Regrettably, sale items or gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges:
To expedite the process of obtaining the desired item, we recommend returning the current one. Once the return is approved, proceed with a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that the processing and posting of refunds by your bank or credit card company may take some time.
