These terms are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations for our service.
General: Stock availability is subject to change. While we try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, there may be discrepancies. In such cases, we will fulfill available products and contact you regarding back ordered items for your preference on awaiting restocking or receiving a refund.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination during checkout. The shipping payment is collected with the purchase, and this price constitutes the final shipping cost to the customer.
Returns:
- Change of Mind: Returns due to a change of mind are accepted if requested within 30 days of item receipt. Items must be returned in original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed for store credit.
- Warranty Returns: Valid warranty claims must be submitted within 90 days of receiving items. Customers must pre-pay for return shipping, but we will reimburse you upon a successful warranty claim. Once we receive items for a warranty claim, expect us to process them within 7 days. You will then receive a refund to your payment method, store credit, or a replacement item (if stock is available).
Delivery Terms:
- Transit Time: Domestic shipments generally take 2–7 days. Internationally, orders are in transit for 4–22 days, depending on the courier.
- Dispatch Time: Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment, operating Monday to Friday during standard business hours.
- Change of Delivery Address: Address changes are possible before dispatch.
- P.O. Box Shipping: We ship to P.O. boxes using postal services only.
- Military Address Shipping: Military addresses are shipped using USPS.
Tracking Notifications: Upon dispatch, customers receive a tracking link to follow their shipment’s progress.
Parcels Damaged In Transit: If a parcel is damaged, please reject it if possible, or contact customer service for assistance.
Duties & Taxes: Sales tax is applied to goods displayed on the website. Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be applicable upon arrival. If duties and taxes are refused, the goods will be returned at the customer’s expense, with the initial shipping cost not refunded.
