HOW OFTEN DO YOU NEED TO REPLACE FILTERS?

Filters have a lifespan of 6-12 months from initial use. Depending on your household size and how much water you use. Point-of-use filters purchased from us generally need to be replaced once every 6-12 months.

Kangen machine filters with no pre-filters installed generally need to be replaced once every 6-12 months. However, a kangen machine filter with pre-filtration of either a 3-stage, 4-stage, or reverse osmosis (RO) systems, generally does not need to be replaced since the water passing through it is already being filtered through the pre-filters.

HOW TO GET FILTERS CHANGED?

If you feel handy and want to change the filters yourself, we can mail you a set of filters which you can easily change on your own.
